Rob Jackson
President
In October 2017, Rob Jackson purchased IPS and became the President. He brings new energy and expertise to the company with a goal to grow its technical capabilities and services. Rob is a Graduate of Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) with a Masters in Engineering and an MBA and has worked at Boeing, Amazon, and McKinsey & Co.
Eric Schmidt
Controller
Eric Schmidt joined the IP Systems team in December of 2019. He graduated from John Carroll University with a degree in accounting, and then received his MBA from Cleveland State University. Additionally, he is a CPA and CGMA. His passion at IP Systems is driving focus on what makes the company profitable and implementing strategies for growth.
Marty Borer
VP, Operations
Marty has nearly two decades of operational management experience ranging from Dry Cleaning to Staff Augmentation to Security and Technology. Joining IP Systems in 2023, Marty brings with him a track record of success leading operations, shaping high-morale and top-performing cultures, and directing general business functions ranging from accounting to human resources.
Ken Probola
Director, Operations
Ken has worked at IP Systems for 20 years and is highly regarded in the industry for his experience managing people and system installations. He now leads hardware technicians as Operations Manager. There is no hardware issue he can’t solve. Ken also can lead people across diverse backgrounds and industries.
