IPS is a full-service integrator. We design, install, and support video surveillance, card access, and intrusion alarm systems, along with fire systems and hosted, cloud-based services. We do not manufacture products; we resell hardware and software from premier manufacturers, and our technology alliances include HID, Bosch, LenelS2, Axis, Motorola Solutions, and ZeroEyes. Alarm monitoring itself comes from partner central stations, and our NOC watches device health.

Ask who will own the system after go-live, and what you get at handover: as-built drawings, door and camera schedules, and admin credentials. Ask how firmware and patching are handled and what the warranty covers. Ask whether a five-to-seven-year lifecycle lease is offered, so replacement is planned, not a surprise. And ask what the proposal assumes about your existing wiring, network, and door hardware.

Yes. Integration lets an operator jump from a door event to the matching video. Before buying cameras, define what each one must do: detect movement along a fence line, identify a person at a door, or read a plate at a gate. That requirement sets the camera type, lens, and mounting position. Buying cameras first and deciding later what they should show is one of the most common and expensive mistakes we see.

Yes, and the system assessment is obligation-free. It makes the most sense before a new build, before a major upgrade, after an incident, or when you inherit systems nobody documented. We walk the site, including easy-to-miss entries like loading docks and emergency exits, check who has access, and rank the gaps by severity. If you already know exactly what you need, such as a few added cameras on a current platform, a full assessment may be more than you need.

Yes. Hosted services move servers and software to certified data center partners, with 24/7/365 system availability and fault detection, immediate software updates, and lower-cost storage for video, voice, and data. Cloud versus on-premises is a real trade-off. Hosted spreads cost across the system's life and takes server upkeep off your IT team. On-premises can make more sense where upload bandwidth is limited or long video retention is required.

Remote probes on your servers and an IPS application on the video server run constant health checks and cybersecurity controls, and send data outbound over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server. When a camera drops, a drive fails, or a server has trouble, IPS is notified and troubleshoots through your maintenance contract. The NOC watches equipment health. It does not watch live video or respond to alarms.

Yes. Most clients keep IPS after commissioning for help desk support, software version updates, device-health monitoring, preventive inspections, and onsite support. Support programs include two preventative maintenance visits per contract year, priority remote and onsite response, documented history from the first sales visit through installation, and pre-recorded training sessions. That history matters more than people expect when the person who ran the project leaves.

Pricing follows a scope review or site assessment and is based on the number of devices and the services required. If the installed device count grows, the price changes with it. Time-and-material work is billed at then-prevailing rates. Work is scheduled during normal business hours, and after-hours or shutdown-window scheduling can add charges. Requesting a consultation starts the conversation; it does not produce a price.
