NOC Monitoring
Health checks every 60 seconds, predictive maintenance, offline-time logs and performance history for your security devices, with issues resolved under your maintenance contract.
The IPS Network Operations Center monitors the health of your security devices, not your camera views. Remote probes and an IPS application on your video server run constant health checks and cybersecurity controls, send data outbound over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server and trigger near-immediate notifications. When we find an issue, we troubleshoot and resolve it through your existing system maintenance contract, with IT review built into setup.

Device health monitoring, hosted services and support that keep security systems working between site visits.
Health checks every 60 seconds, predictive maintenance, offline-time logs and performance history for your security devices, with issues resolved under your maintenance contract.
Hosted and managed services move security servers off-site, with software updates, fault detection, redundant data center storage and remote troubleshooting.
Support programs add two preventative maintenance visits per contract year, priority remote and onsite support, documented service history and technical training resources.
Most security teams find out a camera is down when they go looking for footage. The IPS NOC is built to change that. Remote probes on your servers and an IPS application on your video server check device health constantly, apply cybersecurity controls and send data outbound over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server. When we identify an issue, we resolve it through your maintenance contract. Setup needs a short IT review: outbound connections, which servers get probes and who receives alerts.

Device health monitoring connected to the people who fix what it finds.
The NOC checks your security devices constantly and sends near-immediate notifications when one fails.
Predictive maintenance helps us get ahead of issues before a camera stops recording or a server goes down.
Your system sends data outbound over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server, with cybersecurity controls on the video server.
Issues we find are troubleshot and resolved through your existing maintenance contract, not left sitting as an alert.
The people who review your system health and fix what the NOC finds.

A Network Operations Center watches the health of technology systems remotely. For security, that means cameras, recorders, servers and connected devices: are they online, recording and running as expected? The IPS NOC is a proprietary system health monitoring platform. It does not watch live video, monitor alarm signals or dispatch anyone. It tells us when your security equipment needs attention so we can fix it.
