Service is performed during normal hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding holidays, and time-and-material work is billed at our prevailing rates. After-hours or shutdown-window work can be scheduled for an added charge. Repairs recommended during an inspection come to you for approval first.

Support programs include two preventative maintenance visits per contract year, with database metrics and performance analysis, priority response for remote and onsite support, a documented history from the first sales visit through resolved tickets, and pre-recorded training sessions. It depends on your site. Hosted services move servers and software off-premises, spread cost over the system's life, and keep software current. The trade-off is bandwidth: video retention in the cloud needs upstream capacity many buildings do not have, so some sites keep recording local and host only management. Our NOC sends device-health data outbound over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server. It does not stream your video there.
