The IPS Network Operations Center watches device health, not intruders. Remote probes and an IPS application on your video server run health checks and cybersecurity controls, then send outbound data over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server. When we spot a problem, such as a recorder dropping cameras, we troubleshoot and resolve it under your maintenance contract. It catches failures that otherwise surface only when you need footage.

Pricing is based on the number of devices and the services in the quote. The quote follows a scope review, usually during a site assessment. Service work outside a defined quote is billed time-and-material at current rates. Standard work hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
