Intrusion: zones, bypasses, and how the panel reaches its central station. You get a ranked list of gaps.

Yes, and that is the best time. An upgrade assessment sorts what stays from what goes. Cabling and conduit often stay. Door hardware needs a survey, because electrified locks, request-to-exit devices, and door position switches decide what a new system can do. Recorders and servers, typically good for four to six years, usually go before panels and cameras. Knowing this early keeps change orders out of the project.

You also get priority response times, a documented history from the first sales visit through every resolved issue, and pre-recorded training, which helps when a new administrator takes over. Name an owner on your side too. Systems drift when nobody owns the credential database.

It is how IPS watches device health between visits. Remote probes and an IPS application on your video server check cameras, servers, and storage constantly, apply cybersecurity controls, and send data outbound over TLS to our secure AWS server. When something fails, you get a nearly immediate notification and we resolve it under your maintenance contract. It is not alarm monitoring or live video watching.

Yes. The first job is usually standardization: one card format, one naming convention for cameras and doors, and consistent firmware across sites. Without that, remote management across locations is harder than it should be. The access control platforms we install scale from a single door to many buildings, and the NOC can show device health for every site in one view.
