IPS does not watch live video or respond to incidents. Your security team does that. What IPS monitors is system health. Our Network Operations Center uses remote probes and an IPS application on your video server to run health checks and cybersecurity controls, then sends outbound data over TLS to IPS's secure AWS server. When a recorder or camera fails, we troubleshoot and fix it under your maintenance contract.

Normal service hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding company holidays. Work that has to wait for a unit to be empty or after hours can be scheduled for additional charges.
