Start with how people and trucks move. Most sites need access control at gates, employee entrances and sensitive rooms, cameras on the perimeter, docks and yard, and intrusion detection for areas that are empty overnight. If theft from the yard or docks is your problem, start with cameras and lighting. If the problem is who is inside the building, start with access control.

Industrial jobs have their own logistics: lift trucks for high mounts, site safety orientation for our technicians, and work scheduled around production. Yes. The platforms we install scale from a single door to thousands, and they support remote management across multiple facilities. The hard part on industrial sites is people, not hardware. Contractors and temporary workers need badges that expire automatically, and shift changes need readers that don't create a queue. Someone has to own the credential database after go-live, or old badges stay active.

The IPS Network Operations Center monitors the health of your security devices, not live video. Remote probes run on your servers, and an IPS application on the video server performs health checks and cybersecurity controls. Data goes outbound over TLS to our secure AWS server. When a camera, recorder or server fails, we are notified and troubleshoot it under your maintenance contract.

It depends on bandwidth and retention. Hosted and managed services move infrastructure off site, with redundant storage through certified data center partners, immediate software updates and cost spread over the lifecycle. Remote plants with limited upstream bandwidth often do better with recording on site and hosted management. Either way, keep security devices on their own VLAN, separate from production control systems.

Support programs include two preventative maintenance visits per contract year covering database metrics and performance analysis. You also get priority response for remote and onsite support, a documented history of the system, and pre-recorded training sessions. On industrial sites the visits matter more than usual, because oil, grease, and dust coat lenses and vibration loosens door hardware faster.

We troubleshoot and repair malfunctioning devices, such as cameras with dropping feeds, door readers that work intermittently and displays with poor image quality. Service work is billed on a time-and-material basis at prevailing rates unless it is covered by your agreement. Normal hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After-hours scheduling is available for additional charges.
